    As of 1/1/23
    LJ Entertainment Media implemented a new and updated refund policy regarding the following services and or products sold or provided by us 
    The following Products and Services are as follows

    •  Merchandise and Gift Cards

    •  Digital Products

    • Services Such as (Consultations, Voice Over work, and Web Design)

    • Memberships

    Our current refund policy does not allow our team  to perform refunds on the following services and products

    • Memberships

    • Gift Cards

    • Consultations and Web Design

     
    Services such as the ones above indicate that all sales are final and if a problem were to occur, our team must be contacted within 24 hours so we can provide accurate compensation if needed
     
    Merchandise refunds must be made through our Third-Party vendor Fourthwall
    refunds may take 5-10 business days to process with both parties and the guest will be contacted during the process, any production, and shipment of goods sold by Fourthwall  may not be guaranteed to be ceased and will need to be returned to them once the item arrives

  • Here is a step by step tutorial on how to request a booking with us

    At LJ Entertainment Media, we have several ways to book consultations from emailing us or visiting our various booking pages, In this article, we will go over the many ways a guest can book our team for a consultation
     

    1. Our Hubspot Booking Pages

    LJ Entertainment Media is proud to have partnered with HubSpot which allows our team to create tickets, schedule meetings, and chat with guests via live chat but in this section, we will be talking about booking a meeting with us through HubSpot

     

    First, you will go to https://meetings.hubspot.com/john-doe

    then, you will browse the agent's calendar availability and see what best fits your needs, and then select the date, a form will then display on the screen asking for your name, email, phone number which HubSpot uses to create a meeting invite and scheduled event for the agent 

     

     

     

    After a date is selected a form will appear where the guest will add their info such as email and full name after that has been submitted a confirmation will be sent with the scheduled meeting and time along with a video conference link

     

     

     

    2. Microsoft Bookings

     

    We also offer our clients more flexibility with bookings us for appointments by scheduling with us directly from Microsoft it is the same process from above the only difference is that we ask for guests phone numbers as they will be receiving a automated message about their appointment with us
